Se llega por territorio chileno hasta Puerto Montt y desde ahí se toma transbordador hasta Caleta Gonzalo siguiendo por tierra a Chaitén y Futaleufú.. Por aire: vuelos Santiago-Puerto Montt. How do you get there? By land: from Osorno to Puyehue, taking the argentine rute and then crossing over San Carlos de Bariloche, driving south to Futaleufú. By land and sea: along the chilean highway, you get to Puerto Montt where you can take a ferryboat  to Caleta Gonzalo and then by land  straight to Chaitén and Futaleufú. By air: flights from Santiago-Puerto Montt.  Puerto Montt-Chaitén-Futaleufú.
